The company was formed over 25 years ago; however Scott Menzies, its founder and chief pilot, has an aviation background that stretches back over more than two decades. He’s logged over 14,000 hours command time in a wide range of helicopters and has an impressive skill base which incorporates charter, sling work, power line stringing, water bucketing, motion movie filming and search and rescue. It is on this experience that GC Helitours has been built.

In addition to his experienced professional pilots, Scott employs a dedicated ground crew, all of whom hold commercial helicopter licenses.
