Bottega Europa is a concept store by Jay Pask, with a collection of exclusive and contemporary evening wear direct from Europe.

Jay Pask opened his first boutique in 2002. A born and bred Gold Coast local, Jay worked for Gian Franco Ferre in London and John Cavill in Melbourne before returning to the Gold Coast to open his first boutique. 

Jay’s focus is on exclusive special occasion pieces and incredibly detailed European imports not available elsewhere in Australia. 

Jay also spent nine years as the Fashion Police for the Gold Coast Bulletin, Cairns Post and Townsville Bulletin, with weekly columns. Jay was the resident Fashions on the Field judge for the Gold Coast Turf Club for 10 years.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Laws Jurisprudence/ Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) prior to entering the fashion industry.  A visit to a Jay Pask boutique is essential for any woman with an upcoming special event.
