Our advanced technology is intelligent, safe and effective. All milon equipment is smartcard operated. As soon as the smartcard is inserted, the equipment automatically adjusts to the individual users settings. Another advantage of this technology is that resistance can be precisely adjusted in 1kg increments. Resistance levels for concentric and eccentric movements can be set separately. This ensures up to 30 % greater effectiveness of the exercise.
